What Does the New Autodesk Purchasing Process Look Like?

As an Autodesk Platinum Partner, Cideon continues to support you in the quotation and purchasing process for software licenses. The new Autodesk purchasing process is as follows:

Advice and quotation requests

You can contact Cideon as usual for advice and requests for quotations. In the event of a software renewal, we will continue to contact you proactively.

Preparation of quotations

Once we have received your inquiry, we will take care of preparing the quotation. The quotation is prepared directly by Autodesk.

Your personal offer

You will receive your individual offer from Autodesk shortly afterwards directly by e-mail.

Finalizing the order

After you have received the offer, check it with us and accept it. Then complete the order in your Autodesk account.

In the new purchase process, we support you as an Autodesk partner in the configuration of the offer provided by Autodesk. We remain involved in all phases before, during and after the purchase. The only exception is the payment transaction, which is handled directly between you and Autodesk.

If you need a renewal offer, please contact us directly. You can also renew your subscription yourself in your Autodesk account.

In the new process, auto-renewal is enabled by default for renewals and new subscriptions. However, you have the option to disable this feature in your account if you prefer to receive a new offer each time you renew.

When purchasing or renewing a 3-year subscription, prices will remain the same for the duration of the contract.

Das Programm richtet sich insbesondere an kleine und mittlere Unternehmen mit einem Fokus auf Finanzierungslösungen ab einem Projektvolumen von 2.500 Euro.

Das Programm umfasst die Finanzierung von Softwarelizenzen, ein- oder dreijährigen Wartungsverträgen, IT-Services (wie Installation und Training) sowie die Möglichkeit, auch CAD-Workstations und weitere Hardware einzubeziehen.

Nach der Online-Antragstellung erfolgt eine Bonitätsprüfung, und bei positivem Ergebnis wird die Finanzierung in der Regel innerhalb von 24 Stunden zugesagt. Die flexible Laufzeit beträgt bis zu drei Jahre für Software und bis zu fünf Jahre für Hardware.

Das Programm bietet nicht nur Kapitalschonung, sondern auch Planungssicherheit durch flexible Laufzeiten. Unternehmen können ihre Anschaffungen schnell und berechenbar realisieren.

Ja, Autodesk Financing ermöglicht eine zahlungsfreie Vorlaufzeit von bis zu vier Monaten. Das bedeutet, dass Sie direkt Umsatz mit der finanzierten Software generieren können, bevor die Raten beginnen.
