Sales partnership between NTT DATA Business Solutions and CIDEON
The contract between CIDEON and NTT DATA Business Solutions was officially signed at the CIDEON UpSpace in Düsseldorf: NTT DATA Business Solutions now enhances its consulting and support portfolio with products, solutions and services from Cideon that holistically support the product development process with SAP based on the Engineering Control Center (SAP ECTR). This enables the management of both logistic and sales information as well as the management of engineering data in SAP. The new partnership will allow companies to receive even more efficient support from a single source, particularly when migrating to SAP S4/HANA. The expected synergies will be used in particular to better meet the rapidly increasing demand in migration projects to SAP S4/HANA.
Gräfelfing/Cologne, September 6th, 2023: NTT DATA Business Solutions AG and CIDEON form a sales partnership. Sebastian Seitz (CEO CIDEON) and Rolf Lisse (Managing Director CIDEON) as well as Peter Dussling (Head of Partner Management at NTT DATA Business Solutions) signed an agreement on September 6th in the CIDEON UpSpace in Düsseldorf. With the newly agreed partnership in the area of SAP PLM, we are bundling our competencies for even more efficient cooperation to provide maximum customer benefit," explains Kenan Sen, Head of Center of Excellence Product Lifecycle Management at NTT DATA Business Solutions. In addition, with NTT DATA Business Solutions, users now have a central point of contact and no longer have to work with two partners for ERP and PLM. CIDEON will be directly involved wherever an added value can be achieved through the partnership.
Paving the way to the cloud
This partnership offers advantages not only for customers who are looking to migrate to SAP S4/HANA: The entire SAP PLM implementation will also be extensively supported - with tools that are proven in practice to holistically support the product development process on the PLM/PDM side. This ensures quick and easy integration of CAD data in PLM and PDM from SAP. Data consistency is the key - and the choice of SAP system deployment is free. "SAP can be implemented on premise, in the private cloud and in the public cloud," adds Rolf Lisse, Managing Director of CIDEON: "The synergies that are now released support us in optimally preparing our customers' current next step into the cloud by using SAP S4/HANA and in implementing it together with NTT DATA Business Solutions and SAP."
Context:
NTT DATA Business Solutions and CIDEON have been working together for several years. Due to the strong increase in implementation and migration projects to SAP S/4HANA, customers in the manufacturing industry have also seen an increase in demand for holistic SAP implementation projects that include both ERP and PLM process consulting.
