Which Software Versions are being supported?

On the other hand, the older versions still have to be supported, an effort which costs lots of money and ties up important Manpower. This is why CIDEON Software aw well as other software suppliers are limiting the number of available software versions to enable it to focus on providing support for current versions and to develop and optimize software solutions. In addition, having the current version upgraded is definitely advantageous as many of the new and improved functions have been integrated because of customer requests which means that they have a practical background. With the corresponding software solutions, we would like to continue to meet these requirements arising from the everyday experience of our customers. |
