CIDEON CAD Release Migrator 4.2 for SolidWorks is now available

: The new Version 4.2 of the Releasemigrator is initially delivered as a complete package with InstallShield and now supports among other CAD program versions SolidWorks as well.

In addition to the new Status types "Missing Customizing" and "Versions conflicts in Head components" conflict rules and loading rules at Check-Out are now available for the user. For standard parts and library parts the method of recognition of these parts can be configured.
In order to improve the performance and the application of the Migrator the following changes were made: 

• the Migration table’s security concept was revised 
• a analysis tool for the pre- and post view of the migration was made available 
• a scheduler was integrated, which can launch the migrations based on set times

Additionally a reset function for migration was implemented, whereby it is possible to restore data back to its original condition in SAP prior to the migration.
