During the course of the supervision phase (construction supervision, launch of production, commissioning and product observation whilst in operation), the series start-up and the series production with regards to the completion quality will be accompanied. On behalf of the purchaser, our employees ensure the required quality characteristics of the products and, in doing so, monitor the completion, size accuracy and adherence to deadlines. The acceptance of vehicles and components at the manufacturer’s premises takes place in close co-operation with the customer.

The supervision consists of the following:

Monitoring of the production phase

• Amendment management / change request process
• Improvement process
• Commissioning of systems
• Completion of the homologation
• Ascertainment / analysis / rectification of operating faults

The commissioning phase and the launch of new serial production will be accompanied with continuative works. This also includes the successful approval of new vehicles according to respective type and approval trials.
